"The place absolutely horrible, the trainers, arrogant, the hygiene? an utter joke, the workers(cleaners) don't wash hands after using the washroom, and they don't say anything to a person who is coughing and sneezing openly without covering himself up, the manager doesn't say anything. When confronted the actual person, they talk in a horrible manner back like their family didn't teach them any etiquettes. the crowd is cheap, and the trainers could honestly do better instead of staring at women."

"UNSAFE FOR WOMEN I HAVE BEEN GAWKED BY SHAMELESS MEN AND HARASSED TWICE IN SECTOR -18 NOIDA GYM (in one month) Staff is even more horrible and rather defend these people cause they are all friends and stoop down to a lower level! I was shouted at by the trainer and fellow member after raising a voice for being continuously gawked at - this centre must shut down and hence I even filed a police complaint!! Receptionist behaved like an observer and did not seem interested in the matter while fellow member was shouting on top of his voice post his misbehaviour. Receptionist rather spoke to me in a derogatory way and has an attitude problem and asked me to leave Even after writing to their support team on 11th Aug - they never responded - shameless"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this Cult gym. I visited the gym today using a valid free trial pass provided by Cult itself. This pass was part of their official promotional campaign, and I expected a smooth and welcoming experience. However, the reality was completely different. As soon as I entered the gym, I was asked at the reception whether I had taken admission. I politely informed the staff member that I had come using a free trial pass. Instead of welcoming me or guiding me through the process, the staff member rudely told me that the pass would not be accepted at this location. When I questioned why Cult was offering these passes if they weren’t going to honor them, the staff claimed that this particular gym is a franchise and they don’t follow the standard Cult rules. This was not only confusing but also very unprofessional, as there was no prior information provided about franchise rules being different. The most upsetting part was the rude and disrespectful behavior of the person at the reception. There was no customer-friendly attitude, no empathy, and no attempt to resolve the issue or even explain it properly. I felt humiliated and disrespected for simply trying to use a service that was offered to me as part of Cult’s official campaign. This kind of behavior and policy inconsistency reflects very poorly on the Cult brand. If a location is operating under the Cult name, it should follow the same policies and maintain the same standards of customer service as expected. If there are different rules for franchise gyms, that should be clearly communicated at the time of issuing the pass. Unfortunately, due to this negative experience, I had no choice but to leave the gym without even being allowed to try the facilities. It felt like a complete waste of time and energy, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a respectful and professional fitness environment. Cult needs to take accountability for how their brand is being represented by franchise partners and ensure that potential customers are not treated poorly just because they come with a trial pass."
